Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stipulated policy and may take several weeks to appear on your statement.

5. Traveler Conduct and Responsibility

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines provided by Setsugekka Travel guides. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other travelers, staff, or local communities may result in the termination of services without refund. Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with health regulations.

It is highly recommended that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.

6. Limitation of Liability
